  • Powerbar Energize bars contain a 2:1 glucose to fructose balance which is scientifically to be optimum. These bars also contain sodium (200mg) and magnesium (75mg).
  • With added sodium, the most lost electrolyte in terms of quantity due to perspiration
  • With added magnesium, to support normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • Contains 39g of Carbohydrates per bar.
  • Free of colours and preservatives

Ingredients:

Fructose-glucose syrup, fruit preparation (13%) [sugar, juice from concentrate: raspberry, cherry, strawberry; fructose syrup, lactose, apple puree, raspberry (8%*), strawberry (5%*), apple, gelling agent (pectin), palm fat, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), acid (citric acid), flavouring], maltodextrin, oat flakes (11%), milk protein, rice crisps (rice semolina, sugar, wheat gluten, palm fat, malted barley flour, salt), almond paste, sodium citrate, rapeseed oil, beetroot juice concentrate, acid (citric acid), magnesium carbonate, flavourings, salt.

Fueled Athlete Tip: These bars contain 39g of carbohydrates which is a lot. Consume over one hour during events, eat about 1/4 every 15 mins in combination of some fluid from your bottle at the same time. For best results.
