Booking a demo ride online is not final confirmation. Once your request is submitted, our team will contact you to confirm key details — including your height, weight, and pedal choice — so we can set the bike up correctly. Getting the setup right for your rider weight, position, and bike fit is essential to ensure the demo feels as close as possible to riding your own bike.

All demo rides are conducted from our store in Hillcrest.

Please note:

• Demo bikes cannot leave the store due to insurance requirements. All rides need to take place from the store.

• We do not loan demo bikes for race days or for use at other bike parks.

• Each ride can include a Garmin unit pre-loaded with local routes, allowing you to choose a ride based on your preferred time and distance should you not know the local trails.

• Just 50 meters from our store, you can access the Rail Trail, which connects directly to Giba Gorge, Summerveld Trails, Moorewood Park, and Cumec Park — perfect terrain to put your demo bike through its paces.

Our goal is to make your demo ride safe, structured, and enjoyable, while giving you the most realistic experience of what your next Trek bike could feel like.
