We have a number of service packages available listed below. Select the package you looking for and choose a service date. Should you be unsure of the work you need, dont worry we will better assist you when the bike is with us. We always quote before hand and wait on approval before going ahead with any work.

At biket, we’re committed to providing you with the absolute best bicycle service in the Hillcrest / Upper Highway area of KwaZulu - Natal. Our service team has over 20 years in workshop experience, our head mechanic Rowan Johns is here to answer your maintenance and repair questions, and to provide you with the value and expert service that you deserve. From suspension services, Electric bike software updates, wheel builds, full bike services and upgrades we have a wealth of knowledge to assist and get you back out riding. Please note that all pricing is the labour charge, and excludes all parts.

Recommended every 25+ hours of riding :
Wash & Lube. Align and adjust brakes. Tune and adjust shifting. Torque all bolts. Check Sealant
Recommended every 50+ hours of riding-Includes all General Service work, plus one extra serviceable item. Ie bottom bracket service, or headset service, or hub services.
Recommended every 100+ hours of riding-Includes all General service and Level 1 service items. Plus two servicable parts, ie headset and bottom bracket, or hub service and linkage etc.
We can box your bike up at a cost of R495.
This includes the box, the packaging and the labour.
When it’s time to bring your bike in, here’s what we’ll do.
When we ask, “How can we help you today?” we mean it. We want to know any concerns you’re having; how far, how often, and where you like to ride; and if you have any big goals or races coming up. That way we can provide exactly what you need to get the most out of your bike.
One of our service advisers will put your bike in the stand and run it through our professional inspection process. They’ll describe what they’re doing, what they’re noticing, and address all of your concerns.
From there, we'll discuss a holistic solution that addresses the needs of you and your bike. We'll also create an itemized quote to make sure you're comfortable with repair costs before we get to work.
Leave your bike with us, and we'll do the rest! You'll receive an email and/or text when your repairs have been completed, and we'll be sure to give you a call if anything pops up along the way. Plus, we know how hard it is to go a day without your bike – much less two weeks – which is why we strive for 24-hour service turnaround.

We unfortunately will no longer be offering services / workshop jobs on any of the following branded bikes:
Cannondale, Specialized, Orbea, Argon, Santa Cruz & Canyon.
From 5th January 2027:
We will only be offering Services / Workshop jobs to the brands we sell: Trek, Scott, Giant, Avalanche etc.
