For the new EC90 AX handlebar, we’ve expanded on our AX design to include a unique ergonomic top section, shaped for each size, for added rider fitment and comfort. Informed by our EC90 SLX and aero handlebars, our lightweight carbon layup brings a race pedigree feel to the most popular gravel handlebar series on the market.

When we sought to add an EC90-level bar to the AX series – the most popular gravel bar on the market – we knew we could elevate its design for added rider fitment and comfort while still providing our unwavering race-pedigree feel. Our new size-specific ergonomic top section for each bar width, plus a high-performance carbon design informed by our EC90 SLX and Aero bars, clearly discerns the when and why you would choose Easton’s AX series handlebars as an upgrade to your ride. 

Our EC90 AX handlebars feature ergonomically shaped tops – allowing for additional hand positions while riding – based on hand sizing and rider testing and feedback. Each handlebar width features a tuned ergo diameter + length, while also retaining our proven Maximum Contact Drop. Coming in at 208g for the 42cm width, we’re proud to say we’ve built a featherweight flared gravel bar, backed by athlete feedback and unrelenting test methods.
