Shipping policy

Biket (Pty) Ltd aims to have all orders fulfilled and shipped within 2–3 working days after payment has been received.

Please note that bicycle orders require additional time — typically 4–5 working days — as each bike is carefully built, inspected, and fully set up (including gear tuning and safety checks) before being re-boxed and dispatched.

These timeframes reflect our in-store fulfilment process. Once an order leaves our premises, courier delivery times apply. Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days within South Africa, depending on your location and the courier’s schedule.

While we work closely with our courier partners, delivery times are ultimately beyond our control once the parcel is collected.
