Important Workshop Policy Updates
To ensure we can continue offering the highest quality service and support, our workshop policy will be changing over the coming years:
- From January 2026:
We will no longer be offering services or workshop jobs on Specialized Levo e-bikes. - From January 2027:
We will no longer be offering services or workshop jobs on Specialized, Cannondale, Orbea, Argon, Santa Cruz, and Canyon bikes. - From January 2028 onward:
Our workshop will only offer services on the brands we sell directly.
