We operate differently from general repair shops. Our focus is precision servicing, not volume walk ins or rushed repairs.

Workshop Focus

Biket Hillcrest prioritises Trek bicycles purchased from Biket, while still accommodating a limited number of other high end bicycles by booking only, subject to availability and inspection.

As part of our long term strategy, from 2028 onward, Biket Hillcrest will transition to a Trek only service model, similar to a dealership structure. This allows us to maintain consistent service quality, parts availability, and predictable turnaround times for the bikes we know best.
