Which bikes receive priority?
Trek bicycles purchased from Biket receive priority scheduling. Other work is accepted subject to inspection, parts availability and workshop capacity.
Do you take walk-in or same-day repairs?
Our workshop runs on bookings so each bike can receive proper attention. Walk-in and same-day repairs are not currently supported.
Will you start work immediately?
No chargeable work begins until the bike has been inspected and the recommended scope has been approved.
Do you handle every brand and repair?
We are a Trek-focused workshop and do not service every bicycle brand or repair category. All bookings remain subject to inspection and workshop capacity.
