Refund policy

We accept returns requests up to 14 days after you receive your goods. Proof of purchase will be required in order to do a return.

There are a number of reasons you may request a return, if you have specific questions please contact us on +27 74 544 2918 or info@biket.co.za. Otherwise read through the following cases that may apply to you:

Goods arrived damaged: We will arrange a collection and a refund to store credit.

Incorrect Size or Product was delivered due to a mistake on our part: We will arrange a collection and a refund to store credit.

Incorrect Size or Product Ordered: We will arrange a refund to store credit once the goods arrive safely back at our offices. Shipping costs back to us must be paid and arranged by the customer. No store credits will be issued for the initial courier charge to you. 

Warranties: We will arrange a replacement unit once the product has been assessed and verified that it is indeed a warranty. Should you no longer want the product, we will offer an alternative product or a store credit.

Biket PTY LTD does not provide refunds. All refunds will be provided as store credit only.

Please note that all sale items, special orders and demo / used items purchased are final and that all items purchased on sale, demo or special order will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

The following will NOT be regarded as a faulty product and will not entitle you to a return:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, customer abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product.

No store credits will be offered without a copy of the proof of purchase. 

There will be no store credit offered on courier charges.
