Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests for both defective and non-defective new and unused products within 30 days after delivery. Proof of purchase is required for every return.

Approved returns receive store credit only. We do not issue cash or card refunds. Store credit is processed within 5 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We do not offer general exchanges. Warranty replacements are handled separately under the warranty section below.

Return shipping and collection

Goods that arrive damaged: Biket will arrange and pay for collection. Once the return is approved, we will issue store credit.

Incorrect size or product supplied by Biket: Biket will arrange and pay for collection. Once the return is approved, we will issue store credit.

Incorrect size or product ordered by the customer: The customer must arrange and pay for return shipping by courier. Store credit will be issued after the goods arrive safely at our offices and are inspected. The original delivery charge is not credited.

Warranties

For an approved warranty claim, we will arrange a replacement after the product has been assessed and verified as a valid warranty claim. If you no longer want the product, we may offer an alternative product or store credit.

Items that cannot be returned

Sale items, special orders, and demo or used items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The following are not regarded as product faults and do not qualify for a return:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by negligence, customer abuse, or incorrect use
  • Damage caused by electrical surges or sea-air corrosion
  • Damage caused by inadequate product care
  • Damage caused by unauthorised alterations

No store credit will be issued without proof of purchase. Courier charges are not credited unless Biket supplied the wrong item or the goods arrived damaged.
