Carbofuel Citrus provides a rapidly absorbable isotonic formulation with a scientifically proven carbohydrate formula for rapid energy delivery. High electrolyte concentrations replace those lost during exercise and reduce the risk of hyponatraemia and exercise associated cramping.

Optimal balance of maltodextrin and fructose (2:1). Physical exercise may deplete magnesium, which, together with a marginal dietary magnesium intake, may impair energy metabolism efficiency and the capacity for physical work, as well as increase immunosupression and oxidative damage caused by exercise.

DIRECTIONS AND DOSAGE: 

Scoop provided = 1 serving = 46 g
Add 1 level scoop of CarboFuel Energy per 500 ml water, and stir or shake well. Drink 500-600 ml each hour during intense exercise.

Do not exceed the recommended level of intake. Dietary supplements should not replace a varied diet.
