Please note the following details for festive trading hours 2025.
Online orders placed after 2pm Wednesday 17 December 2025 will not arrive in time for Christmas.
Bike orders placed after 2pm Friday 12 December 2025 may not arrive before Christmas.
Online orders placed between 18 - 20 December 2025 will still be sent out, and delivered after Christmas.
Orders placed after 10am 20th December 2025 will only be shipped out on the 5th January 2026.
Our Workshop will be closing at 5pm on Wednesday 17 December and reopen on 5 January 2026 at 8am.
Please note our physical store will be closing 4:30pm 22nd December 2025 and reopening 8am 6th January 2026, to give our staff a much needed break after working 6 days a week all year. This allows them to spend time with their families and enjoy a few days off before returning ready for 2026.
This means we will not be able to respond to requests, tracking of orders and returns. This will be sorted out again 6th January 2026 when we return.

Yes. We ship nationwide. Most parts and accessories ship within 48 hours. Bikes are fully checked by our mechanics and safely boxed before dispatch.
Yes. Biket is an approved Trek dealer and approved online Trek store. All Trek bikes, accessories and warranties are fully supported.
Regrettably, we do not provide discount codes or price matching. The optimal approach would be to await a sale, such as Trek fest in July or Black Friday in November.
