New Bike Setup & Orientation

Our Bike Setup and Orientation service is designed exclusively for customers purchasing a new bicycle from Biket. Its purpose is to make sure your new bike is correctly adjusted, safe and comfortable before you start riding.

What the session covers

  • Saddle height and basic saddle position
  • Seat height and cockpit adjustment
  • Suspension setup, including sag and air pressure
  • Brake and gear check
  • Basic riding-position guidance
  • An explanation of the bicycle’s controls and features

The session focuses on practical adjustments and clear guidance so you leave confident and ready to ride. It provides a sound foundational position, confirms that the bicycle functions correctly and gives you a suitable starting point from day one.

This is not a full biomechanical bike fit

We do not offer laser fitting, cleat alignment, video analysis or predictive fitting systems as part of this service. Further adjustments can be made after you have ridden the bicycle and developed your comfort and preferences.

Setup sessions are available with the purchase of a new bicycle from Biket. Bookings are required, and available appointment times are shown in the form below.

Not offered

We do not provide this setup on bicycles purchased from other stores, and we do not offer walk-in or standalone fitment appointments.
