Early Bike Drop Off Information

This drop off area is strictly for pre booked workshop TREK services only.

Early bike drop off is available between 7am and 9am to allow customers to drop their Trek bike off on the way to work for an existing booking.

Dropping a bike off does not mean work starts immediately.

All work is carried out only on the booked service date and time selected during booking.

Workshop availability

Our workshop is typically fully booked by Tuesday mid morning each week.

Please ensure you select the correct service date when making your booking.

Once the workshop is fully booked, we are unable to bring work forward or jump the queue due to last minute planning, upcoming rides, or races.

How the process works

• A workshop booking must be completed before leaving your bike

• Bikes dropped off before opening are unattended until checked in at 9am

• Bikes are logged, inspected, and entered into our system once we open

• Any existing damage is noted at the time of check in

• Work begins only when your booked service slot arrives

Important information

• Dropping a bike off early does not change your booking date

• Bikes left outside staffed hours remain the owner’s responsibility until check in

• Retail and workshop counter service operates 9am to 4:30pm only

• Evening collections are available 4:30pm to 5:30pm by prior arrangement only

• All service invoices must be paid in full before collection

Security

This area is monitored by CCTV and 24 hour on site security.

ABUS locks are available in the drop off area should you wish to secure your bike to the rack.
