Due to high order volumes

Due to high order volumes, we are currently experiencing a delay in processing orders and returns.

Please note bicycles will take longer to dispatch than smaller items. Bikes still need to be built, have the gears and breaks setup etc.

Bikes are taking around 14 working days for delivery.

Smaller items are taking approximately 7 working days for delivery.

Please note the couriers are also under pressure from Black Friday / Cyber Monday, as well as the festive season and are also experiencing delays in deliveries. Some couriers are taking up to 2 weeks to execute deliveries.

While we try our best to use the fastest delivery service, the delays are unfortunately beyond our control during this silly season.

We aim to have all our Black Friday / Cyber Monday bikes delivered before Tuesday 17th December.
